I’m Cindy Smith,
It is my mission to assist organizations and individuals in creating strong successful workplaces and careers.

In addition to an education in psychology, my career includes twenty-five years of mid and senior-level managerial experience in county and municipal government, information technology, and health care and human services settings.
I have completed certificates in Organizational Development Coaching from Fielding Graduate University and Accelerated Coaching Excellence and am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Additionally, I am qualified to deliver the DISC and EIQ2 assessments to individuals and teams.

Fun
Not all learning has to be serious business, sometimes the best way to integrate new skills is through play and laughter. I have found that learning to laugh at/with myself has opened me to richer learning and grow both personally and professionally.
